There is a brief overview of the facilities available to visitors, such as WiFi access, copying facilities and access for non-members to borrow books and use our electronic resources.
Using the Archives provides information on how to access material in the IET Archives and what visitors should expect when they visit, includes information on the reading room rules.
The IET Library bookshop is open to the general public in the Library reading room at Savoy Place. It is open from 9am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday and sells IET books and some memorabilia only.
If you would like tours of the Library and Archives, then you can find out how to arrange these. Conducted tours, includes a tour of our electronic resources and catalogues. The Archives tour introduces visitors to special collections including original manuscripts and rare books. You can also arrange a tour of the building for small groups of people.
